Churchpoint is a tool for churches and Christian organisations: create events, manage sign-ups, sell tickets and scan them at the door. No subscription, no base fee, unlimited events.
What you can do with it
Create events in a few minutes
Enter title, date, place, image and description, set the number of places, publish. Set up a recurring date once, and every occurrence gets its own sign-up.
Sign-ups without paperwork
The guest list keeps itself. You always see how many places are left, and you can download the list as PDF or Excel.
Free and paid tickets
Free events take one click. Paid tickets run through Stripe, the money goes straight to your account. Paying at the door stays an option.
Scan QR codes at the door
At the entrance you scan tickets with your phone. The status shows straight away, and tickets used twice stand out.
Broadcasts and reminders
Up to three messages per event to everyone signed up, plus automatic reminders before the date.
Be found nearby
Your events show up in the nearby search and on the map, along with a public profile with a bio, website and your social links.
How to get started
- 1Request accessOrganiser accounts are by invitation only, so no false organisers show up on Churchpoint. Write to us briefly about who you are.
- 2Create an accountUse the invitation code to create your organiser account in the app and fill in your public profile.
- 3Publish your first eventCreate the event, set the number of places, publish. From that moment anyone can sign up, no account needed.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no base fee, no subscription and no limit on the number of events. Free events stay completely free.
Only paid tickets carry a 1 % fee that Churchpoint keeps. Stripe's payment fees come on top separately and go to Stripe, not to us.
How your data is handled
The data sits with Supabase in Ireland, payments run through Stripe in Ireland. No tracking, no ads, no sharing with third parties. Name and email are collected from participants, plus phone and message if you turn those fields on.
